Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us
We want this website to be a welcoming front door, and part of being a good host is being honest about the information we collect and how we care for it. Here’s what you can expect from us.

Information you share with us
When you fill out a connect card, register for an event, sign up for emails, or give online, you may share things like your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We only ask for what we need to serve you well.
How we use it
We use your information to follow up with you, keep you in the loop about church life, send giving receipts, and help you take a next step in community. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How we use website data
To make the site more helpful and easier to use, we use tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use it, such as which pages are visited, how far people scroll, and where they click. This information is collected anonymously. We don’t sell it or use it to identify you personally. You can read how Google and Microsoft handle data.
Cookies and your choices
These tools use cookies, small files stored in your browser. You can block or clear cookies anytime in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site will still work just fine.
Trusted partners
We work with a few trusted services to run church life well, including Subsplash for online giving and Church Center for registrations and connection. They handle your information securely and only for the purposes we’ve described. Payment details are processed by our giving partner and never stored by Rockharbor.
Kids and students
We care deeply about the safety of children. Information about kids, such as check-in or event registration details, is provided by a parent or guardian and used only to care for them well.
Questions?
If you have questions about this policy, or you’d like us to update or remove your information, we’d be glad to help.
