The ROCKHARBOR discipleship ministry requires volunteers to serve at least 3 hours a week on a regular basis (vacation and breaks excluded). These 3 hours include group prep time, group time, and personal contact outside of group time.

There are certain lifestyle expectations for a RHD leader. If a potential leader has experienced traumatic events, serious emotional scars or a serious loss, it is important that the leader has had a season of healing prior to entering this ministry. This is also text and not a required field.
