At ROCKHARBOR, the Operations Team exists to support, empower and protect the church, so the church can do what the church does best: raise up communities that live out the gospel together. Whether it’s HR, facilities, finances, or technology, it’s Operations’ job to make sure that it all works and it all works together.
And we’d love to have you be a part of that, too. Just as all ROCKHARBOR ministries rely heavily on volunteers, so does the Operations team. If you have some flexibility in your schedule, don’t mind the sound of ringing phones, have a knack for collating [or un-jamming copiers and printers], or find your stride when stuffing envelopes or keying in data, we can probably make your day (you can definitely make ours).

The Business Office
The business office oversees all the financial aspects of ROCKHARBOR. From processing the weekly offering, to managing all the various ministry budgets, if you have a knack for numbers and a heart for stewardship, the business offices has a part for you to play.
The Library
The RH library is where those who love books can connect, learn and grow together. Check out the book clubs below or sign up to be a librarianeer, the team that keeps the library up and running.
The Caf
Come visit The Caf for tremendously great coffee drinks and unmatched service. We strive to be a place where the people of ROCKHARBOR can connect with one another and enjoy a tasty drink served by our trained baristas. We proudly serve Kéan coffee, roasted right here in Newport Beach, as well as an array of new and improved products. Our goal is to serve each cup to its highest potential and do it with a smile. Come drop by and get caffeinated.
