Preparing For Marriage

ROCKHARBOR’s marriage ministry hopes to help couples thinking about marriage lay a foundation for a God-centered life together, helping develop and use essential tools for a Spirit-filled and intimate marriage. We want to see a community filled with compelling marriages, set apart for the sake of sharing the love and grace found in relationship with Jesus. Building this kind of marriage can happen right from the start.

Premarital Class

This 5-week course, which begins May 5, is for couples who are engaged or seriously dating.
Some topics explored are: Biblical View of Marriage, Effective Communication, Intentional Listening, Personality Inventory, Love Languages, Purity, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Forgiveness, Budget, Family of Origin, Roles & Responsibilities, Spirituality in Your Marriage, and Sexual Intimacy. This class satisfies the requirement for premarital counseling for all couples desiring to be married by a ROCKHARBOR pastor. The course meets May 5, 12, 19, and June 2 & 9. Weddings

At this time, due to the number of weekend Celebration Services, we do not hold weddings at our Central location in Costa Mesa.
If you’d like to be married by a ROCKHARBOR pastor, please start by filling out the Wedding Request Form and email it to marriages.
