a podcast is simply an mp3 file that can be automatically downloaded to your computer, and then transferred to your iPod or other portable mp3 player. it is identical to the file that you can download from our sermon archives; podcasting is simply a way of allowing that file to be automatically downloaded to your computer.

what you need:

• a computer with an internet connection
• apple iTunes 4.9 or better [free] on your mac or pc
• a portable mp3 player if you want to take the podcast with you
