who leads ROCKHARBOR?

first and foremost, we want God to lead ROCKHARBOR. our leaders’ role is to seek Him, see where He is moving, follow Him, and bring others with them.

if you’ve been to a weekend celebration or any other gathering of our community, you were virtually surrounded by the leaders of ROCKHARBOR. and it’s not because we have a large paid staff. from the "early days", before RH even began meeting regularly, we’ve been a church led largely by volunteers. as we’ve added to our staff, the primary charge given to each is to equip, lead, and support volunteer leaders and teams.

ROCKHARBOR is led by two types of teams: leadership teams, who discern vision and implement direction; and pastoral teams, who facilitate the spiritual development of our community.
