In 10 words or less…

Describe your job.
You’ve got to be kidding me…which part of it? I’m a Pastor, that should describe something.
Describe a normal day.
Again, you’re kidding me…there is no such thing as a normal day. I could describe what I think I’d like a normal day to be but then again, if it happened it wouldn’t be normal.
Meetings…love ‘em or hate ‘em?
Meetings helping people; love ‘em. Meetings for meeting sake; can’t handle it.
Favorite accomplishment/project since joining staff?
Taking on Matt, Nick and Joel as my interns and I’d have to say the development of the Life with God course that I oversee.
One thing people don’t realize about the staff that they need to know?
They work their behinds off and need to learn to rest.
Tell us a story of what you’ve seen God do through your ministry [use more than 10 if you need to].

When most of your time is spent coming alongside people and helping them think through their growth in Christ, the payoff’s are few and far in between simply due to the nature of growth. But, when you see someone’s eyes open up for the first time and they begin to experience God in ways that they had previously never imagined, it is the most wonderful thing. Through our Life with God course we hear stories like this constantly; people being awakened to a new reality. They begin to actually have faith, believing Christ for what He promised; I have come to give you abundant life.
