Describe your job.
Oversee Life Groups, Recovery ministry, and staff on our team. Shepherd and care for our church body.
Describe a normal day.
Meetings with staff and Life Group Shepherds. Involvement in pastoral things like counseling our church body in their present journey.
Meetings…love ‘em or hate ‘em?
Love them.
Favorite accomplishment/project since joining staff?
Development of LG Launch and shepherding our LG Leaders.
One thing people don’t realize about the staff that they need to know?
How close Community Life really is and how we align with other ministries.

I have seen how God has restored marriages, relationships and brought meaning and purpose for our church body.
