Describe your job.
I develop, manage and lead staff, volunteers and  programs which aim to help people in the church “become all that they ought to be in Christ.”
Describe a normal day.

am surf/bike/run, commute from San Clemente, then emails, meetings, projects, teaching some sort of class, head home in time to catch the end of a Laker/Dodger game. Meetings…love ‘em or hate ‘em?  Usually love em Favorite accomplishment/project since joining staff?—being part of the team that launched the mentoring program.
One thing people don’t realize about the staff that they need to know?

It is shocking how much work gets done—yet they know when & how to goof-off.
Tell us a story of what you’ve seen God do through your ministry [use more than 10 if you need to].
Just seeing normal people willing to be used by an amazing God…and yet we are all surprised and encouraged each time He shows up.
