RH Leadership Teams

The Elder Board.

ROCKHARBOR’s Elder Board is a group of volunteers nominated from within our church community, and considered and elected by current board members. The board has three primary areas of responsibility, which they fill in close partnership with their wives: to live as an example to the church; to shepherd the church; and to oversee the future direction of ROCKHARBOR. The Elder Board also hires and oversees the position of Lead Pastor.

Leadership Community.

There are countless teams and groups within the ROCKHARBOR community, each led by a volunteer leader who has been equipped and sent out to lead in their unique context and according to their specific passion and calling. We gather these leaders, a community of over 400 people, 3 times a year to hear where RH is headed, to ask questions, and to place our church before God in worship and prayer.
