Special Needs

We come in all shapes and sizes with all sorts of different needs. ROCKHARBOR realizes that part of our celebration family may require special accommodations. Please feel free to approach a greeter, usher, parking volunteer, pastor, or any other member of the RH family and let us know how we can best suit whatever need you may have. Here are a few of the needs we’ve anticipated thus far.

Deaf Community

We want to provide a comfortable place for the deaf and hard of hearing to learn about and worship God. Currently, the 11am Celebration Service at RH Central Campus offers ASL sign interpreting each week. Beyond weekend Celebration Services, we hope to build a deaf community within ROCKHARBOR that includes interpreted life group[s] and facilitates involvement in all facets of RH ministry, from connecting and growing to serving and leading. We welcome participation by all who have a heart for the deaf and hard of hearing, whether they know how to sign or not [interpreters are always needed]. For more information, contact Alex Magaro.

Handicapped Access

Our Central campus is fully ADA accessible, from the parking lot and bathrooms to all rooms and meeting areas. If you have specific questions about accessibility, email Carlos Rivas or call 714.384.0914 x162.
